WHITE

Husch Chardonnay 2004: forward aromatic flowery aromas and voluptuous smooth flavers of
nutmeg, allspice, sweet pastries , apple and honey.
Husch Sauvignon Blanc 2004: a truly refreshing wine with citrus and apple flavors both creamy
and crisp.
Bargetto Pinot Grigio 2004: it has hints of green apple, pear and honeysuckle with a crisp finish.
Cinnabar Chardonnay 2003: firmly balanced, its refreshing bias to Granny Smith apples makes
this a great wine.

White Flight:    Husch Sauvignon Blanc, Bargetto Pinot Grigio,   Cinnabar Chardonnay (3 one
ounce pours).

RED

Bargetto Rosso 2003: is primarily a blend of two Italian varieties: refosco and nebbiolo from
Regan Estate Vineyards. The wine has aromas of dry cherries, white pepper and briar.
Bargetto Red Zinfandel 2003: bright cherry and blackberry flavors with undertones of violet on the
nose, lively red fruits on the palate with a black pepper finish.
Cinnabar Mercury Rising 2002: this has concentrated layers of cranberry, cherry, and chocolate
flavors.
Storrs Merlot 2001: rich and soft, with aromas of cassis and brambleberry with notes of vanilla.

Red Flight:     Bargetto Zinandel, Storrs Merlot,   Bargetto Rosso
(3 one ounce pours).

MADEIRA

Blandy’s 5 Year Old Malmsey
Deep, complex, luscious caramel and spice aromas and Malmsey flavors. Medium full-body
and not overly sweet with a long finish.
Blandy’s 5 Year Old Sercial
Pale in color with nutty aromas and soft fruit flavors. Drier Sercial with a crisp acidity that lends
a refreshing note to the baked-butterscotch finish.
Blandy’s Alvada
Dried fruits and orange peel on the nose with complex flavors of chocolate and coffee. Balanced
acidity gives the wine a nice long finish.
Blandy’s Rainwater
Medium dry Madeira that combines soft fruit with a dry nutty quality. Delicious before meals or
with dessert. Its elegant bouquet has made it a universal favorite.

PORT

Graham's Late Bottled Vintage (2000)
Vibrant fruit with definition on the nose. Ripe, well balanced flavor, spicy tannins and a broad,
peppery finish.
Graham's 10 Year Old Tawny
Brick orange color with aromas of tasted almond, and vanilla. Smooth and rich on the palate
with long finish with notes of hazelnuts. (91 Points, WS).
Graham's 20 Year Old Tawny
Dark amber color with caramel and nutty tones on the nose. Velvety and rich on the palate, the
finish is very long with a hint of orange zest and rich raisins. (93 Points, WE).
Six Grapes Reserve Vintage
Concentrated black ruby color and the aromas of ripe plums, dark cherry, and briar fruits. This
wine has the freshness and vigor of a young Vintage Port. (91 Points, W&S).
Offley Tawny Port 1985: has plum, citrus, honey and molasses flavors, has excellent balance.
Quinta do Tedo Vintage Port: It is a smooth blend of spice and ripe fruit and is enhanced by an
elegant aroma of rose.
Bouteille Call (Bony Doon): a Syrah based Port with a splash of Raspberry wine, delicious as it
is quirky.

MUSCAT

Muscat Vin de Glaciere(Bonny Doon):   this dessert wine delivers a blast of candied apricot,
pear, green tea and pineapple essence, delicious alone or with cheese cake.
